I wasn't sure if I should set up a blog. I just knew I wouldn't be good at keeping up with it. Why? It's just one more interruption keeping me from doing the crafts I want to be doing. Here's what I would like to be working on:
* 20 painted paper mache boxes I promised to have to my neighbor by Thanksgiving.
* A picture frame box for wedding cards.
* Ranger Design Team projects due by the end of the month.
* Trace Design Team projects started a month ago and still not finished.
* 70 Christmas cards (I was hoping to have these done by the end of summer. Ha! Not even started.)
* A scrapbook page for a new magazine.
* Plus, all my on-going projects for magazine calls.
On a positive note -- I did manage to send out three scrapbook pages to three magazines. Normally I send cards, atc's, and mini albums, so scrapbook pages are a change for me. Or at least three pages at one time to magazines I have never submitted to is new to me.
I also managed to teach a class at Rubberbuggy and drop off a collection of folk art Santas (wood/decorative painted) to In Grandma's Attic this week. I am making progress in spite of all my interruptions. Here's a list of some of them:
* Sick child (healthy now, thank God).
* Puppy...naughty-little-puppy (we still love him!).
* School meetings, volunteering, and special events.
* Getting side-tracked on the computer.
* This blog (lol).
I'm off...to go work on one of those projects on the list. Hope everyone is well!
